FLEXICHAM is an axial countersink tool. It is being used to countersink holes in metallic as well as nonmetallic parts. Countersink spindle is axially movable. The necessary feed forward force can be set by the program control. Countersink tip is freely compliable in all directions thanks to its flexible tool mount (flex coupling). The desired speed is adjustable by a throttle at the silencer.
