ROEMHELD Lifting Module – Solid Industrial, Manual-Hydraulic, 900 lb Capacity, 400mm Stroke

Lifting modules are base units that can be used for controlled lifting and lowering of loads, or simply for convenient height adjustment. These sturdy units feature quick manual-hydraulic operation to allow performing a wide range of work at an ergonomically optimum height. Lifting-stroke movement is obtained hydraulically, with fluid being pumped manually by a foot-lever-actuated piston pump into a plunger cylinder. When the foot lever is lifted for retraction, fluid returns from the cylinder back to the reservoir due to the weight of the load, at a controlled lowering speed. The "Solid Industrial" lifting modules shown here have a massive 191mm-square steel column, rated for 1000Nm bending moment. These modules can be ordered with a maximum lifting force of 900 or 1350 lbs (greater lifting capacity requires more pump strokes to lift a given distance), with a choice of stroke length from 200 to 400mm. These units are designed for the highest demands on performance and service life in industrial applications. The lifting module has an integrated roller guiding element. This allows a backlash-free guiding system with very smooth running and the introduction of high moments into the lifting module. The guiding system is lifetime lubricated. All essential elements are made of steel to obtain a high robustness. Suitable for applications with dynamic rotating motions and shock motions. Applications include industrial production plants, automotive industry assembly (car seats, drive components, axles, cardan shafts), industrial assembly (compressors, hydraulic components, pumps, turbines, motors, gearboxes), and applications with frequent load changes.
