SURTEC DS-220 is a solvent-based evaporating lubricant designed for drawing, stamping and blanking light gauge ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. It is especially effective for pre-coated stock. SURTEC DS-220 is sulfur-free and contains no harmful organic compounds. It is odorless and safe to use and because it evaporates, it can eliminate cleaning steps. The very low viscosity of SURTEC DS-220 allows minimal carry-off on parts.
