The integral safety lock automatically engages when the clamp is closed, then remains locked until manually disengaged by pressing the lever before opening. This prevents the clamp from being accidentally opened by bumping the handle. Strongest latch clamp available. Rugged alloy steel handle, base, and latch plate provide great strength in a compact overall size. Versatile latch clamp with a threaded U bolt for adjustability. 2-1/2" drawing movement. Threaded U bolt allows a 15/16" adjustment range. Available in in steel or stainless steel. Order matching latch plate separately. 7500 lbs holding capacity.
