Extended Travel Stubby Plungers – Steel are compact spring plungers that provide the same travel as a standard plunger while using the same body size as a stubby plunger. Use for limited space applications including indexing, electrical contacts, part positioning and detents. Features include a case hardened plunger, wear and corrosion resistance, tolerance for some side loading, extended travel and screwdriver installation. Available with a steel nose or Delrin® nose in ANSI thread sizes 8-32 through 5/8-11 and metric M4 x 0.7 through M16 x 2.0 with optional thread lock and end forces shown as initial and final values in the tables.
