Toggle Pads

Toggle pads are self-aligning, self-leveling clamping components for uneven, off-angle, round or rough workpiece surfaces. The swivel pad provides 15° of movement from center to seat against the workpiece under load, reducing clamp slippage and distributing clamping pressure evenly without binding or distortion. Available in steel or stainless steel with an optional Delrin® pad for soft metal, polished surfaces and other finished surfaces. Offered in seven ANSI sizes from 1/4–20 through 1–8 with maximum recommended loads from 360 to 24,200 lbs., depending on material and pad option. Product not available in metric.
