Standard Spring Plungers – Steel With Delrin® Nose are threaded spring loaded devices for positioning, indexing, detents, latching and ejecting where a non-marring tip is required on aluminum, brass or other soft, easily marred materials. The insulating Delrin® nose is reinforced to minimize deformation under force and provides high dielectric strength, wear resistance and a self-lubricating surface. Available in ANSI thread sizes 8-32 through 5/8-11 and metric M4 x 0.7 through M16 x 2.0 with standard or light end forces and optional thread lock.
