Delrin® Ball Plungers

Delrin® Ball Plungers are compact spring loaded devices for lightweight applications where products or components are made mostly or entirely of plastic. They provide electrical isolation, a durable non-marring contact point and controlled end forces with side-load tolerance. Available with a stainless steel ball or nylon ball in ANSI thread sizes 1/4-20 through 3/8-16. Not available in metric. Steel models are zinc plated with black, gold or clear chromate and a stainless steel spring is standard.
