Nurlock drill bushings are designed for permanent installation in jigs, fixtures, and tooling, particularly in plastic tooling applications. The diamond knurled exterior provides superior holding strength and helps resist both rotational and axial movement after installation. Manufactured in-house, our bushings are available in custom inside diameters, outside diameters, groove configurations, and lengths to meet application requirements. Nurlock - N ID Range: #55 to 1-1/32" (0.0520"–1.0312") OD Range: 13/64" to 1-3/8" (0.2180"–1.3850") Length Range: 1/4"to 3" Grooves per Length: 1/4" to 1/2" (1 Groove), 3/4" to 1-1/2" (2 Grooves), 1-3/4" to 3" (3 Grooves) Available in ANSI standard sizing To place a custom order, please complete our order form or contact us directly to discuss your dimensional requirements. 1. Select Locating Shanks and Adapters (LSA) that match your shank O.D.'s. 2. Select the Locating Jig that matches your Nurlock Adapter Tip Collar Series. Attach the Locating Shank Adapter to the Locating Jig with the 5/16-18 UNC Socket Head Screw. 3. Insert the Jig with the Locating Shank Adapter O.D. into the I.D. of your fixture hole or liner. Align to your drill line. Clamp, drill and tap thru jig bushing for correct spacing Clamps.
