Headless Liner Bushings provide a precision-hardened mounting surface for renewable drill bushings and locating pins. Their headless design allows for flush installation within drill plates and fixtures, making them ideal for achieving the maximum inside diameter capacity for each Slip-Fix renewable bushing size while maintaining accurate alignment and support. Manufactured in-house, our liners are available in custom inside diameters, outside diameters, and lengths to meet application requirements.
