Headless press-fit drill bushings are designed for permanent installation in jigs, fixtures, and tooling. The headless design allows the bushing to sit flush with the fixture surface, making it suitable for applications where a headed bushing would interfere with part placement or available space. Manufactured in-house, our bushings are available in custom inside diameters, outside diameters, and lengths to meet application requirements.
